Optimizing Your Mental and Physical Health: A Virtual Panel Discussion with Dr. Helene Simons & Dr. Amy Osborne

There's no question: times are tough. We are being inundated with information that is overwhelming and anxiety-provoking while feeling isolated and disconnected. Our routines have been turned upside down and it's hard to feel like we have control over anything. However, we can control how we manage our health during this time.

Given the current state of affairs, it's challenging to get clear advice about how best to manage our health. Both Helene and Amy recognize this need and have decided to offer a virtual panel discussion, during which they will talk about best strategies for managing your mental and physical health. The session is 90 minutes in duration and will be interactive in nature. The cost to attend this session is $20. Please reach out to Amy or Helene if you'd like to attend.

Panel:

Dr. Amy Osborne, DPT, CNTP is a Physical Therapist, Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner

Dr. Helene Simons, PsyD is a Clinical Psychologist Specializing in Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders and Relationships
